Bill Vaananen
Bill Vaananen has taught music to elementary-aged children for over 40 years, sharing his original compositions and inspiring stories with generations of kids.
A multi-award winning educator, “Mr. V.” has Mr. V. taught K-5th music at Wescott School in Northbrook for decades, where he composed hundreds of songs and directed dozens of his own original, award-winning musicals.
Mr. V. plays piano and leads his audience through fun, powerful musical experiences accompanied by engaging slide shows and movement.
Nature, travel, culture, sports, history, adventure, and so much more are brought together in a tapestry of tunes that can only be experienced in his incredible classes!
